Return Policy:
- Deadline: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: The item must be unused and clean.
How to return an item:
- Communication: Please fill out the return form in your customer profile (created after placing an order) or send an email to info@obidog.lv. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Shipping: Return the item by sending it to the Domina parcel terminal in Riga (Omniva or DPD).
- Costs: Return and shipping costs are covered by the customer (except for warranty cases).
Important Exceptions (Customized Items)
Returns are not available for items made specifically to your order – for example, items with custom measurements, name embroidery, or unique color combinations.
Damage or Warranty (We'll take care of it!)
