Hassle-free returns: 14 days to ensure quality
We want your purchase to bring you nothing but joy. That is why we offer a full right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return Policy:

  • Deadline: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Condition: The item must be unused and clean.

How to return an item:

  1. Communication: Please fill out the return form in your customer profile (created after placing an order) or send an email to info@obidog.lv. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping: Return the item by sending it to the Domina parcel terminal in Riga (Omniva or DPD).
  3. Costs: Return and shipping costs are covered by the customer (except for warranty cases).

Important Exceptions (Customized Items)
Returns are not available for items made specifically to your order – for example, items with custom measurements, name embroidery, or unique color combinations.

Damage or Warranty (We'll take care of it!)
If an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or warranty issue, we will cover the shipping costs. In such cases, please include a description of the problem.
